At difneez, your satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that every clothing item is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, we are here to assist you with a smooth and hassle-free return or replacement process.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You may request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received an incorrect item that does not match your order
Please note:
We do not accept returns or replacements for reasons such as size preference, change of mind, design dislike, or customized/altered clothing.
2. Return Request Timeline
You must raise a return or replacement request within 2 days of receiving your product.
Requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.
3. Return / Replacement Process
To initiate a return or replacement:
- Email us at difneez@gmail.com with:
- Your Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear photos showing the issue with the product
- Once your request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return steps.
- The returned product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- With all tags and labels intact
4. Refund or Replacement Policy
If the returned product passes our quality inspection:
- You will receive a 100% refund of the product value
OR - A replacement product as per your preference
Refunds are processed within 3–4 business days after successful product verification.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Customized, altered, or personalized clothing
- Items damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or wear after delivery
